ensures all refund requests are handled fairly. All clients must agree with this policy to use the

Eligibility for Refunds
NVQ Assignments UK may refund under the following conditions:
- If you have paid twice for the same order/service due to a technical error
- If the agency fails to deliver your order within the agreed upon deadline without valid
justification

However, this case will first be subjected to our revision policy. If still not improved, we

work has not begun.
- A partial refund will be offered in the case where late assignment delivery is accepted by the
student’s institute with a certain grade reduction. The refund amount % will be decided by our
quality assurance committee.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
NVQ Assignments UK is not liable to offer any type of refund for the following situations:
- If the assignment is already delivered and accepted by the client.
- If you request to cancel the order after the writer has started working.
- Delays caused by late communication, unclear instructions, or lack of response from the client.
- If the client refuses to accept revisions and shows dissatisfaction without any valid

Revision First Policy
NVQ Assignments UK first applies the revision policy to any refund request. If your request can be
catered to our free revision offer, limited to the original order scope only, then we will choose
revisions first. You can not ask for a refund in the case that revisions have rectified errors.
Refund Process and Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- The amount of any partial refund request will be decided by our QA committee based on the case
severity and conditions.
- All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment
method.
